KS-Hosting billing fix.

KS Hosting is an IPTV service that provides internet channels on a paid basis.  With little less then that as an explanation, the following is an answer to why paying an invoice is causing problems.

When your payment doesn't go through make sure you select ISTV as the processor.

This is how the bill should look.

  18. Is any one else having payment issues? For some reason my debit cards keep getting declined. I opened a ticket but still haven’t gotten a solution or even a response.

    4. Man add another to the list and thought they were just ignoring me and some little pissant was just not doing his job and closing every ticket. To be honest in all my years with them (seems like 6 years could be more) their support hasn't always been great. They do the closing of tickets without replying often. I just keep "Karen" them till they reply.

    5. I have been having same issue. Submitted 5 tickets. They closed all 5 support tickets wit no response. Been trying to pay my invoice for over a week and keeps declining all my cards.

    1. At least you got a reply..that's more than i've had on my 2 tickets and i just opened up another under tech support hoping it's a different person. they just keep closing tickets.

  20. I hope they come back soon. In the mean time I’m switching to Apollo TV group. It’s the only other provider I’ve ever used. But KS is cheaper and I had been using it since 2018.

    1. on a free trial of that Aptv now...it's great almost same price if you pay up for a full year upfront but not feeling the suspect payment situation. All these crypto games/runarounds.

    2. Yea i definitely hate the payment options but everything about the service is great. Movies …Shows And Live TV….the interface is user friendly. I can’t complain! lol

  21. I thought i was the only one with this issue. Been trying to pay also & I tried again just now. Very disappointed. Did tickets & they were closed with reply. Did a ticket again. Hope they fix the issue. I've been content with my account til now, Not knowing what's goingon

    1. I finally was able to pay after trying everyday since march 19th and getting all my tickets closed. Just thought i give it another try today it finally worked. They need to take a hard look at their customer service or at least the decision to not have "any" customer service. But they are cheap and somewhat reliable(service wise).
